Condo was just on. Lots of work needs to be done the place. Floors were gapped in places, a couple towels were stained as well at the bedroom sheets. Found food on a few utinsels in the drawer. Will not stay here again.

The location was perfect with an easy walk to downtown entertainment and restaurants! It felt safe with good security. Lovely view of the lake from a wall of windows! It was a very welcoming and comfortable place. We will definitely use this company again.

Where to begin. No communication what so ever. Of course when I tried to check in early they called me. Amazing since you can’t call them to leave message or talk to anyone ever. Didn’t get the room I booked. Two of the worse beds I’ve ever seen. Never gave me a place to park. I wouldn’t use global stay again if my life depended on it.

Lights in bedroom didn’t work. Couldn’t figure out how to use stove top and got frustrated having to email with questions. Parking was the biggest inconvenience I have ever experienced. Can’t get someone live to help with issues. Everything done via email. I would not recommend this property overall.

Seen all the negative reviews and thought that as long as followed check in and check out rules wouodnt be an issue. My biggest conern that eveeyone needs to watch out for is , we put towles in washer, and never used anything in apartment except beds , shower, towels and fridge, they sent us pictures of dirty toasters which wasnt used by us, dirt inside cupboards which we didnt use, and a bunch of bags on floor which were not there when we left, feel played , if they just would have said rental includes a 70 cleaning charge rather than lie about how we left the apartment i would have given great rating, but lying on how we left it is not very fair. Strongly suggest to rent from a more honest comoany. I can guaranteed they will not find my finger prints on the toaster or bags that we didnt bring into the aprtment. So frustrating to feel played or lied to for 70.00. After i had taken the time to make sure everything was to there standard.

The place smelt bad from whatever the last tenant was cooking. There were cigarettes on the patio from the previous renters. Both beds were broke and missing legs. A repair man had to come to the unit to fix the beds so we could sleep in them. I would not recommend this rental.

I had the worst experience. It all started when I asked about parking access and was informed that there was a $20 fee, which was not advertised on the Expedia website. Then, upon arrival, nobody was of any help, and the procedures were unclear. When I called for assistance, I was told to reread the instructions, nothing more. I spent 30 minutes trying to find the parking until a tenant showed me how to get there. When I arrived, the main bed was broken, the television didn't work, and the toilet was dirty. In short, I spent two days sleeping in a bed located in the hallway because I needed accommodation and didn't have time to start filing complaints about my discomfort. I do not recommend this very, very dirty place!

After check-in we noticed that the heater is blowing cold air from the vents. It took 4-5 hours after constantly trying to contact the property management and they did not provide any solutions. I had to call expedia and got resolution right away. Very bad customer service from globalstays and pretty bad condition of property considering -22 celsius degrees cold weather with heater blowing cold air.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! We never actually got to stay here because the apartment was locked and we had been told it would be unlocked for us. When we tried to contact them, they told us to try pushing on the door harder and then stopped responding completely when we told them it was clearly deadbolted. We ended up having to find a last minute hotel at 2am. Even Expedia has not been able to contact them.

Avoid this company and property. Previous laundry was loaded in washer dryer so you can't use washer dryer. broken bed leg in master. beds are below average. Internet and TV did not work and had to spend lot of time with service provider. Parking are FOB never worked so had to wait for security to open door and they were not interested in helping short term renters in the building. They charge separate deposit and that seems like a way make little extra money. They charged for some light stain on underneath liner that one would never know if it's pre existing or not. Avoid this company as apart from location nothing great about this place.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with this property and had better expectations. For the price for us was not worth it. Upon arrival the fob did not work and we had to coordinate back and forth via email (rarely pick up phone) to get a replacement which eventually came but left us at times waiting for 30/45mins at the elevator to get buzzed to our floor. We stayed in 1710 and blinds are missing therefore if you don't have a sleep mask very difficult to sleep. Many accommodations nowadays it seems asks you to prep and clean apartment, including laundry for the next guest so expect to that here as well. The only good thing about the property was its location and walkability to downtown. If they charged a cheaper price I would say its okay but with so many other options downtown would not stay again.

Suite was exactly what I read on the reviews . It was very clean , had what we needed for the stay. Beds were not the greatest but ok,needs newer linen , linen seemed old . Shower curtain needs to be changed . Should have regular cable as they have streamed tv your watching all older shows .over was ok .

This was the worst place i could have stayed, it was filthy, laundry hadnt been done and beds still had the prior sheets on them. When i called they werent helpful at all. Decent apartment, but not without issues
The unit is as described. It had two bedrooms, two decent-sized bathrooms, a nice living room area, a TV and a small balcony that had a view of the harbor and lake. The beds were comfortable and the sleeper sofa was good for a teenager and was not a bar-in-your-back flimsy sleeper sofa mattress. The kitchen was ok. You can get through making breakfast ok but you’re not churning out a full dinner for five without a lot of maneuvering. The unit is quiet and well insulated from street and city noise. The air conditioning worked well and there were two thermostats. The hot water was good. There were loads of extra towels, linens, blankets, etc. The cons. This is not a luxury apartment. It was one when it was new but is showing a lot of wear. During our stay, there were no baseboards. They had been ripped off in every room except the tile bathrooms and this extended into the exterior hallways. We would have considered this a cosmetic issue but the lack of baseboard in the unit revealed large rectangular holes in the drywall that exposed insulation and voids behind the drywall. There were also holes in the master bath ceiling and in the kitchen. These issues should be addressed before the unit is rented again. It’s about a week’s worth of repairs. Damp linen was hanging in the closet upon arrival. This could be remedied by washing it off site if there is not enough time between check out and check in. Incoming guests should not bear this burden.

Great views and quiet location close enough to everything but not right in the heart of the action. Building has some plumbing issues causing poor drainage and noisy pipes at night. Also, baseboards were missing throughout the unit as if a renovation had not been completed. Finally, second bed is in a room that is not enclosed.
