I had the worst experience. It all started when I asked about parking access and was informed that there was a $20 fee, which was not advertised on the Expedia website. Then, upon arrival, nobody was of any help, and the procedures were unclear. When I called for assistance, I was told to reread the instructions, nothing more.
I spent 30 minutes trying to find the parking until a tenant showed me how to get there. When I arrived, the main bed was broken, the television didn't work, and the toilet was dirty. In short, I spent two days sleeping in a bed located in the hallway because I needed accommodation and didn't have time to start filing complaints about my discomfort. I do not recommend this very, very dirty place!
