"Start to finish this was a disappointment. Arrived at the front desk and the staff member was on their phone. It took a fly going by her face for her to look up and notice we were there. "Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"We asked for late checkout that we paid for but they didn’t update our key so I couldn’t access the room or elevator,when I went to the reception to get it updated it was a 30 minute wait.Once I told them I was going to check out late the key card stopped again as they checked me out even though they had said I have till 4:30pm.Not staying here again."

"Excellent staff, room, and views. The was a park close by to walk dogs also. Espresso machine, pods, and water in the room was wonderful surprise. Short drive to the famous market.
