"The perfect mountain getaway. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Fireplace in the room with starter kit and unlimited firewood is really the perfect setup for a cozy evening inside after skiing around the lake. Breakfast buffet weekend was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!"

"Positives: 10 minutes to Lake Louise Ski Resort, Timberwolf Pizza was incredible Ski Tuning room was nicely set up with tubing vices, Pool was great. Negatives: Standard room does not have a fridge or microwave. I can live without a microwave but a frodge is very important to me. Numerous other guests had their milk sitting outside of their rooms to keep cool. Had we known there would be no fridge, we would have brought a cooler (instead of a cooler bag that we filled with ice and set in the bathtub). If I stay there again, I will spring for a suite."

"Room was generally clean. Tub drain slightly plugged, stood in ankle deep water having a shower, yuck! Bathroom fixtures need to cleaned of what looked like mould. "

"Fantastic service from staff, and the food at Bistro was amazing. Hot tub pretty small and warm not hot. No safe in room or fan in bathroom. Desk chair dark parson chair with bonded leather was ripped to shreds and came off on pants. So close to town and skiing hills. "
