"The hotel is about a mile from downtown. I think the price reflects that. There is a shuttle but it ended at 6:30 which was too early for us so we mostly drove. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean. Decent breakfast each morning that went until 10am, which was great if you wanted to sleep in. Our king suite was surprisingly large! I loved the ‘Zero’ brand amenities in the room as they seemed to be fragrance free. Safeway was basically next door for a quick store run or gas. Lots of Pros. The only real Con: bed was hard and needed to be replaced. Hence I knocked a star off. Also, it would have been nice if the fridge had a little freezer section. Overall, a lovely little visit and town!"

"The hotel was quaint and cozy and what you’d expect in a small mountain town. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, including at the cafe where we had coffee and baked goods. Would recommend to those who are looking for a rustic locale."
