"Needed a last minute place to stay on my trip south. The staff at check-in was really friendly, the food at the pub was delicious and the hotel room was really clean with a comfortable bed. Exactly what I needed for a one night stop through!"

"Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. Unfortunately, the service I received from the reception team was not helpful or welcoming at all. I approached them expecting basic assistance and courtesy, but instead I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and that they were unwilling to help. The reception team is the first point of contact for guests, so I believe good communication and customer service are extremely important. Sadly, this was not my experience. The attitude...

"Great Weekend Stopover. Convenient to the Rainforest. Decent meals and Pub prices."

"The whole place is so cool! Beautiful grounds, nice atmosphere & room decor is such a vibe! "

"Safe and convenient secure parking. Location close to eateries and attractions. Room amenities are basic."

"Rooms very clean. Definitely stay again."

"After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. "Amazing property tucked away in the heart of the valley surrounded by mountains. Beautiful and helpful staff that attended to our every need. Favourite part was the wine and cheese in the drawing room each evening, very special place we will be back :)"

"Great location and central. Across from beach. Issues with moths they were everywhere and cockroach in our bathroom. Some of the light switches and power points didn’t work in our room. But the room looked to be recently renovated, service was great. Pool wasn’t really heated as indicated and didn’t like location of sauna inside woman’s bathroom nor that they were separate to men’s. Coukdnt have a sauna with my husband. Kids activity room was spacious and good activities. North bar menu could be...

"Rooms are not too big but everything is there. If you are alone it's perfect; for two it might be tight but fine if you just want to sleep and go somewhere. The property is modern and the staff made everything run smoothly."

"Cabin was clean but bathroom needed some urgent maintenance."

"Vicky and the reception team were excellent, had a great time with family for my 30th."

"Clean room, very close to the beach, staff is very friendly. No WiFi. 😢"

"Great location with clean rooms"

"Well kept and currently under some further renovation this property is a little out of town in lovely natural environs. Beautiful town - well worth a visit"

"Cabin on quite water front, staff very helpful"

"Very neat and quite rooms"
