Capsule hotels are good for a single nights stay. Do not do more than one night as you have to vacate between 10-5 even if you book multiple days.

泡腳溫泉真的超棒，解除我整天走路下來的疲累。地點離地鐵不近，要走十分鐘以上。服務很不錯，設備雖然不是很新，但也算乾淨。

Nice and comfy

I stayed here 9 nights and it was lovely place to stay! The hotel is in a convenient place in Ginza and plenty of convenience store nearby for food. Every item needed to refresh yourself is provided. When I go back to Japan I will choose this hotel again!

First time staying in a pod and I would definitely do it again. Only a short walk from the station, the place was clean, had great amenities and pod was comfortable/quiet. I would recommend staying at the Tokyo Ginza Bay Hotel, it your planning to be in Tokyo for a couple days (1-2) or if your travelling alone.

清潔である

新橋駅から近く、下にコンビニもあったため、とても便利な位置であった。ホテルに入ると、フロントの従業員やお客さんはほぼ外国の人だった。 ホテル内は、休憩所もあり、とても快適な空間であった。しかし、就寝時、隣との壁が薄いため、音が目立ち寝られなかった。

施設や、接客は快適に過ごせました。 ラグビーワールドカップの時期に重なってしまったので外国人がたくさん宿泊されてました。夜中に叫んぶことが数回あり、そこだけちょっと不愉快な思いをしました。

The amenities were nice. There really wasnt a great space to get dressed without being in the way of others (except in your private shower room which i dont believe you are supposed to change there to avoid taking up a shower). The capsule was a little warm and to really get comfortable i had to open the blind/door but didnt want to sleep with it open. Otherwise, very practical and what i was expecting.

The hotel location is great. Not too far from metro station. The washroom and shower room are clean. There is an air purifier in the cabin and each bed has a fen. But the air quality is still poor and dusty especially when I closed the bed curtain. My nose was plugged when I was in my bed. My husband also felt the same too. Maybe the hotel needs to clean the filter or get a stronger unit to improve the air quality.

As my first time in Japan i was pleasantly surprised with everything they had. This is truly a place where you can come with just the clothes on your back as they have everything for you. Staff also very friendly and were able to communicate in English as i have 0 Japanese skills at all. Will come bsck again. 10/10 recommend.
