The room was clean and soundproof. Staff were very helpful. We didn’t have any meals there but cafe looked nice. I would’ve used the pool except you had to pay extra. Seemed strange for a hotel guest. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and easy to get to by bus.

Nice place

It's a bit old in some places, but perfectly functional. Rooms are a little bigger than typical Japanese business hotels. The public bath and pool are nice conveniences!

Love the location by the main street. This hotel is pretty much the center of the city. Very close (about 10 mins walking) to start of Bizan mountain hiking trail. I came for a leisure/vacation, seeking overall quiet passing of time moments and this hotel made it perfect. I love the antique feel all around the building, giving me 80s vibe with its radio, AC, for example. I appreciate the restaurant in the first floor, room, staffs, everything worked out great for me. There are popular eateries around this hotel. Will definitely visit many more times.

The Japanese room was very nice, clean, and spacious by Japanese standards. Extra towels, and toiletries are freely available in the lobby. Several restaurants nearby. The pool cost ¥2000 or it might have been ¥2500 per person so we didn’t use it. Parking is ¥800/ night. And the onsen doesn’t allow tattoos which was unfortunate.

A badly managed hotel with outdated facilities.

At most a 1 star motel. Totally unacceptable. Broken and outdated facilities; even the bed and pillow should go to trash long time ago.

客室のインテリアはシンプルでよかったし、水まわりに古さはあるものの清潔。空調が温度調整できない？やり方わからなかったのと、朝食の内容がちょっと物足りない（おかずは用意されたワンプレートのみ、パン・ごはん・スープ・ドリンクはおかわり自由ですがラストオーダー30分以上前だったのにスープがほとんど空でした。ミルクはスタッフまで　とあったのでお願いしたら後で持って行きますと言われ、忘れられてました。フードロス防止のため仕方ないやり方なのだろうと理解はできますが）。 フロントのスタッフさんは感じ良かったです。

とくしまマラソン参加の前泊で利用しました。チェックアウト後もホテルの駐車場に車を止めたままにしておくことができる（無料）ことと、スタート地点までホテルから歩いて5分程度で行くことができるので車で参加される方にとっては非常に便利なホテルだと思います。ただしマラソン終了後は陸上競技場から徳島駅にシャトルバス送迎されるので、徳島駅からタクシーでホテルに戻る必要があります。（料金1200円くらい） ホテルの部屋は普通のビジネスホテル仕様で、築年数も古いようですが、清潔に保たれている印象です。大浴場があるのでゆっくりお湯につかることができます。 朝食は7時からだったので、ホテルでは食べませんでした。マラゾンの日だけは6時からにしていただけると助かります。
