Due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, travelling now comes with a few more challenges. Read through these handy tips before jumping on your flight to Tokashiki Island:

• Find out if any travel restrictions apply to your destination and origin before booking your flight. Also check if there are any conditions you'll need to follow on arrival, such as mandatory quarantining.
• Requirements state you must wear a face mask throughout your travel experience, including at security checkpoints. Be ready to lower your mask for identification purposes when asked by a TSA employee.
• Avoid handing your boarding pass (electronic or paper) directly to a TSA officer. Instead, place your pass on the reader and then hold it up for the agent to visually inspect it.
• You're allowed to take one container of hand sanitizer up to 12 oz (350 ml) in your carry-on bag. You'll have to remove it for X-ray screening.
• To minimize handling during screening, put items such as your loose change and phone into your carry-on instead of the bins.
• Separate any food you're carrying for X-ray screening. Putting it in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA agent to touch and inspect your belongings.
