"The usual high standard of customer service I’ve come to expect from this hotel. Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are spotless. The breakfast of hot and well stocked. The hot drinks machines offer a good range. Always a great stay."

"When I got to my room, it was not ready, no bed linen or towels. This is most unusual, anyway, the staff were on it straight away and before too long I was in a prepared room.
