"i arrived to this hotel late night after a very long trip hoping for just a few hours of rest ! in the room when i tried to turn on the air condition, I realized that it's not working and even the AC switch is missing so I went downstairs and explained this for the receptions, and they said their condition is broken. I even asked for a fan to be able to survive the very hot night and they refused so all night I couldn't sleep because of the heat and humidity in the room and early morning I left...

"we just stayed a few hours to catch up on our sleep from the midnight travel and to get freshen up. the bathroom was not clean, the toilet seat was coming off, and there is always someone at the reception talking loudly interrupting our sleep. Blankets are not good enough."

"Dirty, moldy and unsafe. If you value your health you must stay away from this place. Management falsely accused us of breaking a TV. It was so bad I just checked out of the place and found another hotel. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels but I’ve never had such a negative experience. "
