Tirana International Hotel & Conference Centre
Generally a good hotel. A little bit tired in places and missing some amenities (e.g. kettle / iron) that you would expect to find. Location very much made up for that though abd the staff were friendly and helpfull.

Mulaj Hotel
Nice hotel, good location, nice staff, breakfast included. Can't go wrong. Being able to organise a taxi to/from the airport via the hotel for a fixed price €20 was particularly useful.
