The location, cafe, and cleanliness of the room were all great. But what made the stay particularly great was the staff. Every person I dealt with was warm, friendly, and helpful. Especially Endi at the front desk who pre-arranged every taxi I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel asked me for more money at the checkout. I have stayed there before, even in the other places and never been asked for city takes separately. Please assist me to get that refunded to me I am attaching the receipt as well

Very convenient. Great breakfast.super quiet. Stayed 13 nights and thought it could be too long, but it wasn’t. Was promised room up grade but didn’t get it and “free” bottle of wine was the size of a small glass…but generally a great stay.

Fantastisch ontbijt en heerlijke diners. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeerplaats voor de deur werd aangewezen door het personeel.Mooie kamer en zeer vriendelijke, goede en lieve schoonmaakster. Minpunt; In de omschrijving stond dat er koffie en thee faciliteiten in de kamer aanwezig was. Er was wel thee maar geen koffie. Bij de receptie gevraagd naar de koffie, maar er werd ons verteld dat wij de koffie alleen konden kopen in de bar. Wel wat vreemd.

Excellent hotel and good value for money

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was the quietest hotel room I’ve stayed in in a long time and a really comfortable bed, both of which made getting good nights sleep after long days of tours effortless and very much appreciated. Room was very clean and cleaned daily throughout my 5 day stay. Lots of amenities around the hotel. Great facilities with an in house restaurant, room service and breakfast included. Good value for money as well. Very happy with my stay here and would be very happy to return here

Disappointing Stay Despite Good Location

The hotel is located in one of the best and safest areas of Tirana, with quick and easy access to major attractions by foot. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. During my 3-day stay, I had to change rooms twice due to severe water leaks in the bathroom — both rooms had the same issue, as shown in the photos. This points to a serious maintenance problem. Breakfast was another major disappointment. Unlike most hotels that offer a buffet, here you only get a basic coffee included — everything else must be paid for separately. The quality was worse than what you'd expect from a 2-star hotel. The service was equally poor: six waiters stood around without offering any help or attention to guests. Reception was unprofessional and unhelpful, adding to the overall frustration. Although advertised as a 4-star hotel, my experience was far from it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A good hotel and fairly well positioned to walk into the city. Not a lot around the immediate area and it lacked a bit of character (like Tirana itself). The hotel was decent although a bit noisy due to the positioning of the room I was in. The bathroom also had a bit of a bad water odour (suspect the drains needed a proper clean). Staff were friendly and breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were good (a bonus as the surrounding area didn’t have many good options). Overall it was a decent hotel option if visiting Tirana
