"Rose Valley Hotel was a great experience. The rooms were beautiful with high arched ceilings and everything was very clean. The breakfast is cooked fresh for each table and was very delicious. Best free hotel breakfast we have ever had. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the balloons. The customer service was amazing and the hotel staff helped coordinate food delivery, shuttles, a hot air balloon ride, and much more. Everyone made us feel very welcome and at home."

"Gala Cave is the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed. It's in a quiet spot in the town centre, close to shops, restaurants. The room is very large and clean, has an authentic cave feel. The bed is very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is facing the balloon launching site in the valley. "The hotel is a boutique style hotel which is family run and everyone just makes you feel at home. The room was superb and clean. Towels and other amenities are replenished everyday. It’s very close to goreme town centre and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was all homemade and a great selection. The views are stunning from the hotel.
