"We were appalled when we pulled up to the hotel because the exterior looks very rundown. The room was at a budget price, only $155 for two nights (1king bed), so I figured I'm getting what I paid for. However, when we went into the room it was immaculately clean & had been fairly recently updated! The flooring was beautiful, the bed was nicely made up, the lighting was nice, the wall was painted a nice color, it had 2 mirrors, the shower in the bathroom was a walk-in, Roman type shower, absolutely beautiful. Plenty of really hot water available! It had a large TV that worked perfectly & had a lot of channels to choose from! The air conditioning worked excellently! That's all good parts. Now for some minor negatives. The room didn't have a real fresh smell. I couldn't decide if it was old urine, mildew or what, but it was noticeable. This surprised me because the room was immaculately clean, including the microwave & the refrigerator, that had a small freezer. If you wanted coffee you had to go to this area outside of the office, it was kind of like a breezeway & that's where you could get complimentary coffee. There were no Do Not Disturb signs for the doors. There were no boxes of Kleenex in the rooms. There were no complimentary toiletries in the rooms. But again, as I mentioned, this is a very economical place to stay. So make your decision based on that. It was well worth what we paid for it. There were no insects of any kind in the room (That's a positive I forgot)."

"Staff were amazingly friendly! Overall everything seems well maintained, but safety latch on our door was broken so we informed the front desk. Housekeeping needs a little improvement; there were dirty grout lines around shower & what looked like fences on the toilet flush handle. Toilet seat looked aged & should be replaced, but overall, a good stay."

"Very well located for a stop for a long trip. Clean and spacious room. Bathroom and bathtub could be updated. We traveled with our dogs and briefly enjoyed the small dog park."
