"Marknadsförs som boende nära Cefalù. Ligger dock en timma med bil bort genom en krokig bergsväg. Ingen aircondition vilket gör boendet otroligt varmt under sommaren. Ingen kyl i rummet. Väldigt svårt att köra i byn Gratteri, nästan omöjligt att köra fram för att lämna av bagage. Marknadsförs som boende med fri parkering, vilket visade sig inte alls finnas platser. Parkering sker på vanlig gata utan särskilda platser. Trevlig tjej som tog emot oss och var hjälpsam under vistelsen. Desto värre...

"Beautiful hotel in fabulous town. Cefalu is spectacular,and this hotel is in a great location for a visit. Staff were also very helpful and professional. Breakfast was excellent although the scrambled eggs and bacon were not hot."

"The staff was not friendly at all. Check in was extremely difficult, it states that there’s a front desk to check in at, but in fact, there’s no front desk at all. You need to WhatsApp message a number in order to get the codes, and they didn’t respond for a long time. We were stuck sitting outside for 2 hours with our luggage. Additionally, they still falsely advertise the property as a “bed and breakfast” but there’s no breakfast. Lastly, they are not accommodating at ALL if you need a late...

"Our shower leaked whilst showering causing it to flood everywhere in the bathroom and into the bedroom making everything wet. There was also a silverfish insect on the coffee/tea tray which was very off putting and not very hygienic. I reported this to a member of staff on reception but she couldn't really understand and just apologised. "
