"The hotel was convenient for the convention I was attending. I was upgraded which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. It was close by for shopping at DFO and it was a short walk to a tram stop to get into the heart of Melbourne. There were lots of nearby options for eating. "

"I hav unpleasant experience abt this hotel. Pros : decoration looks nice, clean, well equipped, front is helpful. Cons : I stayed at room 105 1. After check-in, electronics in the room was not working. I called house keeping, she said impolitely did I open any door. I said no, her voice sound frustrated and said I should check if door is open and wait 5 min till she comes down. I've waited 30 min but no one showed up so I asked front desk to help and wait for another 30 min before problem...

"We stay here every year for 6 - 10 days at a time and are happy with the accommodation. Walking distance to everything. All amenities supplied though salt and pepper would be good as I buy this each occasion and in a self contained apartment it would be nice. We are happy here though and it is clean, quiet and well presented."

"The manager is lovely, saw us parked out front before our reservation time and came to check on us and see if we were meant to be there, informed us we could check in early and was extremely polite. The room is clean, has all the essentials, has a nice little view from the window and is easy to locate. We were anxious as we're a group of teen-young adult aged people and didnt know how we would be received, the manager didn't judge us at all and even reassured us of how safe the property is."

"The hotel itself was absolutely amazing. The DFO is a quick five minute walk which was amazing. The breakfast every morning is well worth the price and the staff each morning was lovely. Every part of our stay was top tier. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Seriously. They went above and beyond each day, even leaving a fruit bowl in our room halfway through the stay, and offering little lavender service that was super cool. I would definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend."

"The best part of this hotel is its location which is only 5-10 minutes walking to Central Melbourne! The room is small however clean and bed is very comfortable! Laundry facility is also available for guests. Staffs are fantastic! Parking is available on premise at 25AUD per day."
