"The reception is heard on the rooms on the first floor, this means their phone rings loud, their night staff and all the late arrivals are heard and not quiet at all you can just hear the ins and out the phone all of it throughout the night. I told the staff in the morning that I had no sleep and the lady called Johanna started telling me off that it’s not their fault as I did not come downstairs at 2 am to tell them about the noise and the phone and that their night porter didn’t know! "Nach Wunsch wurde das Zimmer immer gereinigt. Das Inventar sowie Sanitär ist alt, aber wird sauber gehalten. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Der Strandblick war wunderschön, nur für die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm musste man zahlen. Für 2x Liegestühle + 1x Sonnenschirm waren es 20€."

"This hotel is the definition of false advertising. It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. We booked a Junior Suite with a "jetted tub." There was no jetted feature at all, just a tub with the jetted feature not working. "Great location in the old town with sea views of the port and cruise ships, close to bars and restaurants. Room was large with a newly renovated bathroom, a good sized closet with plenty of clothes hangers. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day, sheets were changed every second day."

"By far the best thing was the staff. The largely seasonal workers were fantastic - always smiling, attentive and well trained. The resort itself was beautifully maintained and one really didn't to leave the complex as the private beach, pools,bars and restaurants were plentiful. One final thing was the spa massage; best I have had!"
