The stay was very nice. The food was good. The whole team was great. Triantáfylla is amazing. They are friendly and always ready to help. They all seem to love working there and that can be seen from the service. And the hotel is ideally located.

The staff very friendly and knowledgeable, always greeting cheerfully and willing to share their knowledge about life in Thessaloniki. Breakfast was made to order and very tasty. The location is historic and very close to the open air market and the fascinating restaurant and tavern area (Ladadiki). It was great for a first time stay.

4 nights in Thessaloniki

This was my second stay at the Caravan. It is a wonderful hotel. Staff (a big Thankyou to Artemis) were again delightful. Room 41 has a lovely terrace and worth the extra cost. Breakfasts are really excellent but do not over order! Helping are huge! Hotel is in easy walking distance from many of the city centre sights and good places to eat. 30 mins on the nearby bus X1 to the airport

Hotel operators are helpful and have a perspective that prioritizes service and guest comfort. The only thing missing during our stay was that the room air conditioner was insufficient and could only cool the room to a sleepable temperature after midnight. Apart from that, it is a business that deserves five stars with its location, breakfast, cleanliness and the quality of the equipment in the room.
