Rooms are terribly outdated. Breakfast buffet is good, lots pf variety but this hotel hosts university students who did not have great etiquette at a buffet. Eating while getting food, loud and unruly behaviour, large tour groups also stay here.

Good, central hotel.

Capsis is close to everything: train station, KTEL bus stn, city centre. The swimming pool is an oasis, except for the constant music. It's open 11:00 - 19:00 Buffet breakfast is fabulous. Staff are friendly & helpful. Room was ok, unfortunately the air conditioning unit dripped water on to plug sockets & showers door was broken. Apart from that it was great.

Nice hotel, excellent staff! Positively impressed!

The Hotel is one of the first very good hotels in Thessaloniki. The location is very good. Right next to the train station and to the metro station, and if someone likes walking, the he/she can always walk towards the city center and discover the city! The room was big and very clean! The isolation though is not the best, but it was nothing extreme to be honest, we still had quiet nights and we slept well! The staff was professional, client-oriented and friendly. Swimming pool was nice and i appreciated that there was a lifeguard! Especially the food at the pool bar was delicious! Breakfast was also very good and there was a variety of food to satisfy everyone!

The hotel is conveniently located at a short distance from the train station. There are local buses nearby that provide service to the airport and to the city center. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. There is an attractive rooftop pool and poolside bar. The breakfasts are outstanding. The hotel management is friendly and attentive. I have stayed here many times and am happy to recommend this hotel.

Comfort, clean and a great pool!

The service was exceptional. From the front desk, to the lounge area, the breakfast buffet to the pool. Special thanks to Maci, Vasilis from the restaurant and Dimitri from the pool. Large bathroom and our spacious room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great. The pool amazing. Well done to all. We will definitely stay at Capsis Hotel again.

Rooftop pool was nice however music was the same playlist everyday. Cleanliness of the room could be better, mattress was super hard. Breakfast was a good with many options. Location handy got public transport via bus. Tea and coffee isn't topped up during your stay, I even asked at reception for extras and wasn't allowed.

Great Value

This is a very large hotel and at times, the pool can get very busy. But we were traveling with my 10 year old son, and having a cool pool to come to after a day of sightseeing was very welcomed. It's about a 15 min walk to the center of the action. It's an older hotel, and the pictures don't accurately reflect its age. It was great value for what we paid. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice and feels like it would have been 5-stars in its heyday. Now, the service is still good, but the area nearby has become a bit run down despite being on a large main street. Nonetheless, quite comfortable stay and staff were wonderful.
