Nice spacious room, excellent receptionist, helpful and gave lots of information, booked taxi to the airport, etc. My only criticism is the steps up to the reception area - very difficult with a large suitcase!

Location is ok! Nothing more! Rude receptionist , she was behaving like unhappy to see hotel guests.. no free parking, if you wanna have breakfast you should cross the street and it takes 5min walk! Not recommended

The check-in process for this hotel is a bit of a mess. You need to check-in at the other nearby Colors Urban hotel, which isn't overly clear in the confirmation email provided by Expedia, so this needs improving. However, the room itself was nice, clean and tidy and everything a couple would need for exploring Thessaloniki.

Nice place but noizy

Good size, clean room, with good items, and amazing staff. Very noisy, wasn’t able to sleep or relax in the room. Breakfast is served in different place, which is far from the hotel and not convenient; that wasn’t clear during booking.

Not what I expected

Did not expect to have to walk to a different building to access my room. No elevator to the third floor. Fine if you are a backpacker, but not so good if you are traveling with luggage. Nightlife was WAY too noisy for me.

The place is non friendly at all. Bed sheets found with holes. Toilet device broken. Shower with no handle only fixed on the wall. No info in advance about checkin far from the place. We came at night and so did others with no knowledge about it. No elevator till first floor. Noisy area and no soundproof windows. Walls are craking with holes. A real waste of money .
