"The villa is strikingly beautiful, like an oasis in an arid environment. Costa and Elpida were both wonderfully hospitable and helpful. Their nearby restaurant Kipos also deserves special mention. Like the villa, it is a tranquil garden, isolated from the hubbub of Santorini. The food and service was fabulous with excellent staff. "

"First of all, this facility is NOT a hotel. It's more of a cabin camping facility. As previously stated. This was booked during the Santorini off-season. Manager was never on site. Communication was via internet on the housekeeper who only spoke Albanian. There was no heat on the second floor and no effort was made to repair or replace it. "The Deluxe Suites Santorini was a comfortable stay. It is conveniently located in Fira and the staff is very friendly. There are some things that could have added to the comfort The pillows were rather soft. I think it they either used former pillows or doubled the pillows to four on a queen size, that would have been nicer. I also couldn't seem to get the air conditioning to work properly. "The room was spacious and new, the bathroom is clean and huge. The view of the caldera is spectacular. So nice to wake up watching the sunrise. The staffs are so great. Very friendly. Aris, from the front desk was great. He recommended the boat tour and it was good. We are glad with his recommendations. Breakfast is how you like it. I will definitely stayed again."
