The room was comfortable with the balcony being the best part. You can see the mountains and tiny monasteries from there if you get a mountain view. "Great view from the rear of the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly. Plenty of on site parking and only a 10 min walk into town. The only gripe is the lack of access for under 18s to the hotel spa which seems a little harsh. Other hotels offer at least a limited time slot for kids. But overall a decent hotel"

"I loved the location, can't really get much closer to the sights without becoming a monk at one of the monateries. The hotel is a older but clean and well cared for. Parking is easy, and the staff are lovely attentive people. It's cozy, quiet and really you can't beat the location."

"Fantastic room for a few nights stay or longer. Room had a nice big bed, a 2 person table built into the wall near a wonderful view of the hillside. It all came equipped with items you may need if wanting to cook in your room like a stove top and rangehood, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle and mugs, plates and cutlery.
