"We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late.
We need a voucher refund ASAP!"

"The staff was nice and welcoming but the facility looks like it’s in need of some renovation. It’s looking a a bit the worse for wear and inadequate of bad lighting choices in places like the bathrooms makes the place look like a motel. "

"The room was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and kind. But the noise from the bar was just too much, especially the first night. We had just traveled for 20+ hours. We didn’t get any sleep that first night. It didn’t end till after three in the morning.
The next night it went on for a while. It wasn’t as loud, but we were unable to sleep. The third night was better still lots of noise from downstairs people screaming, and a lot of Bass coming through. The food was very good as well in the restaurant."
