It’s right on the ocean and has two pools which are under cover, in case you’ve gotten enough sun and still want to splash about. The bar/grill was an unexpected surprise. "Great view of the Atlantic. The water park is just a series of pools and hot tubs, with two water slides added on. It’s big, but nothing special. Check in was interesting. You check in at the office which is in a convention center across the street from the hotel itself. Good stay overall, our room had plenty of space for the whole family. "

"Another great long weekend at Tropical Seas Hotel. I like how it is away from the main attractions in Myrtle Beach so it is a little more quiet and less busy. Beachfront location, close to airport and Market Commons."
