"Been here with my wife and kid. I liked Conrad overall that I invited my family over and booked another room for them. Been using Conrad that some staff there knew me already. The one in the lobby in 3rd floor, John and Rj from front desk. The food is great, Josh and Eunice made sure we got the complimentary snacks (the bibingka is just so good) and whenever we eat breakfast ~very attentive. I was disappointed with the Balut being undercooked but they really made it up to me and my family. ...

"We paid 120$ for one night only. Amenities were lacking. Lacking was too hot nothing in between for cold or hot water. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was 3 in 1 and the dispenser looks like its from a public restroom soap dispenser. The view was not that great, hotel was smelly other than its walking distance to all the restaurants around it. But if asked to stay here - NOPE! NEVER AGAIN."

"Property itself was clean ,there only four bath towels and not any kind of towels was available I think it is not reasonable for 3 day stay:only the issue we had was the sink was leaking cause the screw was missing and it was easy fix and we were not able to use kitchen sink."

"The property location is very close to MOA. Entrance to condo is very nice and clean. However, we notice the poor or substandard unit structure. Some walls and cabinet paints are peeling, cabinet doors need fixing. Shampoo smells bad. And body wash not properly dispensing. But the overall price per stay is reasonable and budget friendly."

"Spacious, clean room with great access to MoA and NAIA. More than enough to enjoy the Manila Bay area after landing/before departure! The room had standard modern Filipino hotel amenities, including a hot-water machine and a bidet shower. No fridge, but you can buy ice bags from the convenience store across the street. TV is in Chinese by default. Two convenience stores are within a 3-minute walk, and the hotel even has Jollibee and Burger King on the same premises. Good internet access...

"The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. However, wifi is terrible and I called about it in the front desk but they hurriedly told me it will be restarted. Nothing happened. I stayed 2 nights and there is no wifi. Altho, it has great location. But better hotels around the area were cheaper and better choice. Also, airbnb is also available around the area with good wifi."

"Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold."

"When we first checked into our room, the fridge was not working property. The maganger quickly got us into our next room, with a bit of an upgrade, seamlessly and no additional cost. Both rooms were super clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay. I will definitely be staying here again."
