"The pool closes early, at 8pm, so if you are there for an event that ends a little late you won't be able to use it. Our event ended at 6 and was 20 minutes away without traffic. So with traffic we didn't get back in time to use it. The "breakfast" also left much to be desired. There was a few breakfast items - cereal, toast, muffins, bagels and then the big waffles - but they had no bacon or sausage, so no protein, except for hard boiled eggs that were green and smelled horrible when you cracked the shell. And french fries. Who has French fries on breakfast buffet? But the rooms were comfortable and relatively clean so it was not a bad stay."

"The housekeeping checking in at 8:30 to clean the room was an early wake up call."

"The GM of this hotel is truly one of the rudest and least compassionate people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I cannot imagine getting a thrill from starting needless arguments and disputes with guests. "

"staff were minimal help when i had a question, zero follow up, felt like there were “long term guests” that lived there which felt intimidating when arriving back late at night. our trailer was broke into at night fortunately it was empty so nothing was stolen."

"The room had silver fish in it. Batteries on the room door lock went dead and the front desk clerk spent more time talking about his other job at a different motel then helping us get into our room. Only one man new how to get into the room and he was an hour away. I got to say though when he got there, he was less then 5 minutes to get us into the room. That man knows how to work a slim-jim. "

"When my daughter and I entered Room 210 the bedsheets were soiled from feces and blood. The bed cover had numerous cuts and holes. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and there was a large amount of mold inside the bathroom. I told Rick at the front lobby who did not apologize nor offered another room as I would have to pay extra for another room. He cancelled my reservation and told me to get my refund from Expedia. I also noted a partial collapse of the roof in the lobby. After a 14 hour drive, this incident was a terrible experience. Old Mill Inn should not be part of Expedia's inventory. Do Not Stay Here. "A dated property that has been kept up. Popcorn ceilings. Good Location if you deal with West Omaha. Easy Parking. Breakfast was cold. Front Desk Staff friendly. The closet was pegs on the wall with hangers."

"This hotel was nice. It was clean. There was some broken and damaged things from. I’m guessing prior stays, but all in all nice place to rest your head."
