We always love staying here! Staff is really nice and we are thankful for the wash machines & dryer in the basement. Apartment is really good and staffed with everything you need - just one thing could have made it better, for 4 nights you don’t get a clean up. But with a small child and a dog it would have been nice if one had some cleaning supplies, some extra towels and a trash emptying.

The Executive suites have little in the way of cooking facilities. That was my mistake, I usually book a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is safe and quiet. It has free laundry facilities which are very useful. It has air-conditioning which again is useful. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are quiet at night. My only gripe is the dark brooding look of the rooms. Dark woods and a bit lacking in colour. I hope they upgrade them sometime. But this place is a positive place to stay, and everything is good. The TV is not a smart TV, so no casting from youtube. :D Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is in a great area of the Hague. Easy for the coast and the city.

Bel établissement jouissant d'un bon emplacement.

Bel établissement, bien situé à proximité des transports, du centre, des institutions internationales et de la plage. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'insonorisation, l'hôtel était très calme et l'amabilitédu personnel. Une petite kitchenette permet de se faire a manger et dispose du nécessaire pour cuisiner. Par contre le confort du lit et du canapé sont clairement à revoir.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel

Es war ein netter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel, sehr nett eingerichtet. Sauberkeit war ok. Kaffee gab es tagsüber gratis im Hotel. Was evtl im Zimmer fehlt ist ein Geschirrhandtuch und Spüllappen. Man muss Geschirr halt im Bad abwaschen. Ansonsten war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist ruhig aber nicht sehr Zentral. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll aber etwas kühl. Außerdem wurden wir mit Vorabgarantie der Buchung bis check-in angeschrieben obwohl pay on arrival bei expedia stand. Sogar unter Androhung der Stornierung falls man es nicht macht.

Wir haben mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern im Superior Apartment übernachtet. Das Zimmer ist schön und geräumig. Die Küchenzeile ist praktisch, es fehlte aber ein Teil des Bestecks und Geschirrs. Der Fußboden war sehr kalt, also Hausschuhe mitbringen. Die Schlafcouch ist nicht sehr bequem und für zwei Erwachsene recht klein, Kinder haben genügend Platz. Leider bietet das Hotel kein Frühstücksbuffet an, obwohl dies auf der Homepage steht. Die Frühstücksboxen kommen von einer Bäckerei, sind aber eher einfach gehalten. Die Straßenbahnlinie 17 Richtung City ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle Richtung Scheveningen ist leider nicht in der Nähe. Obwohl man also recht nah am Strand ist, muss man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad dorthin fahren. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, aber nicht in direkter Umgebung. Das Personal war freundlich, wenn auch nur selten zu sehen. Die Rezeptionszeiten sind begrenzt, der Self Check In hat aber wunderbar funktioniert.
