"The hotel is renovating in 2026, so ask for an updated room. The room I stayed in was overdue for new carpet (wrinkled and stained), furniture (bedside tables with heavily worn tops), and tub (finish wearing off)."

"The only reason we gave an okay review is that there was not a fan in the bathroom therefore when we showered the entire room was full of moisture; on the furniture, on our clothes, filling the air, which caused a really musty smell on everything - plus any curl I put in my hair immediately fell out. The smells were intense, along with the ants. Sorry but true"

"Breakfast is always great with plenty of choices. Rooms clean and lovely amenities. Hampton never disappoints!"

"Staff was friendly but there was an odd smell in the check in area the whole time we were there. We had to fix our own tv to get the cable to work because no one was there to help us. I wish this place had a free breakfast but then again we had to leave each morning before the breakfast bar opened for tournament games. The rooms were extremely noisy and could hear everything that happened in the halls and next door. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot."

"Check-in process was lengthy -- clerk must have been trainee as she didn't know how to use the computer system. Room smelled like dog sweat, which, unfortunately, is common in lodging nowadays because of the trend to pet friendly hotels. Blood stain on sheet indicates that the sheets weren't laundered between guest stays. There wasn't enough hot water during morning shower, as the shower turned cold even on the hot setting. Many other guests at the hotel were rowdy -- they behaved like hoodlums and parked in the driveway blocking access to other cars and blocked them from backing out of their parking stalls. I suspect that this hotel housed guests long term under some kind of government welfare program, judging by their appearance and behavior."
