"I had a bad experience at this location, I requested a non-smoke room, and it smelled a lot to cigarette smoke, second, right after my arrival someone opened my room’s door, I thought it was just a mistake, this happened around 10:30 pm after checking in, after me and my girlfriend fall to sleep, someone opened our door again this time at 3:30 pm, me and my girlfriend fall in shock since it was the 2nd time on the same night, my girl was frighten, I called the front desk many time and no one answered, after several times of trying the Front desk clerk picked up the phone, I told him about my situation and aske wat was going on, he told me that by mistake he opened the door assuming the room was empty, how could the room be empty if I checked in early that night and I should appear in the system, and it should be occupied, he stated the first time wasn’t him, I and he didn’t know anything about that, I had to request for a total refund and leave this location since we were not filling safe anymore. After my experience I totally do not recommend this hotel, since I don’t know the intentions of these people are, no protection for Customer and no privacy"

"Very clean and friendly staff but the king size bed was very hard and the pillows were flimsy . Close to a major freeway which was convenient for us. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. Room can definitely use a reno but was ok for the price. The breakfast was just ok. Very good coffee. There was construction going on and a lot of big rigs in the small parking lot but surprisingly not noisy at all. All in all was just ok for a first trip to LA. Will look for somewhere less commercial next time."

"Small room. No microwave. Fridge small not much can fit inside. Noticed Smoking detector had a plastic or bag over it. (Didn't bother to ask) my only concern would be safety precautions maybe fresh paint? and forgot to remove it. Who knows. Overall its a good stay for 1 night (my opinion) price too high for the limited space for your belongings. I did notice some stuff in the bed and wall when checking out of the room. (Bedbugs)?¿ which i also did when I arrived. Made sure to let maintenance know but she didn't stop by to take a look. Thankful I was out of the room majority of the time with my child. I would rate 5/10"

"Overall, we had a pretty decent stay at the hotel. It fit the bill for our soccer tournament since it was close to the venue, had a pool, and the rates were good for just one night. The place is a bit older and could definitely use some updates, and the rooms could have been cleaner too. But honestly, we expected that for a budget stay. It wasn't perfect, but it worked for us for the night."

"I wasn’t aware that maid service was done every two days. I expected the room to be serviced. I had no clean towels or have to reuse the ones I left on the floor. I had to request clean towels that evening. The Hôtel needs to specify that there is no daily maid service in their lobby or on the web site. That was the only main issue I had, otherwise it was quiet and comfortable. They offer continental breakfast which was a plus. Unfortunately I will not be visiting that specific Hôtel in the future."
