I've stayed there several times, and the best thing is value for money and location, except for a bit of traffic noise which varies, but it is on the junction of a main road, which is a plus and a minus, I guess. Also, only a 10–12-minute walk to The Entrance shops.

The motel is old but quite well maintained. Clean but very basic. Convenient to the Entrance shops and eateries. Was a good place to rest your head every night.

Unfortunately the weather was not the best when I stayed so that I couldnt enjoy the pool which looked awesome. Staff were friendly. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best. The rooms are not soundproof so I could hear the conversation of the people in the room next to mine. Would stay again.

I liked the king bed , room needs a good revamp , didnt need the 2nd bed in there as it was useless , the balcony out back was dirty thelight fitting out there not clean at all , the pool was nice again i just feel the whole place needs a good revamp , the breakfast area was a small kithenette with frozen bread on offer and a few cereals , we went out for breakfast, wouldnt stay here again , it looked better in photos , my husband was very disappointed as he thought he was taking me somewhere special for my birthday.

The pool and spa are good. In the family room curtain was torn. The screen door was broken. The room smelt. The keetle was diry boiled water tasted yuk. The biscuits were off. The tea bags were yuk. Towels provided were worn out almost ready to have a rip, very thin and not fluffy. For $300 a night for a family these things can be improved.

Unfortunately on arrival we noticed ants were crawling on the yop of our fridge. Morning 1 of 2 the toilet was blocked. We notified reception staff of the problems. They came to check them out. They advised ants and toilet would be fixed whilst we were out. Staff contacted us later in the day not sure if things were fixed, so they gave us another room to move to. When back to our room , we first noticed our room door had been left open. NOT HAPPY AT ALL., then noticed ants had not been treated as there we still visible and toilet had not been fixed. We made the reception staff aware of the door having been left open, ants and the toilet not being attended to. On a positive , none of our belongings had been taken. We transferred rooms and had no further issues. Another positive was having air-conditioning and a pool and spa to be able to relax in.
