"Only weird thing was that to turn on the shower you had to actually enter the shower and get hot with the cold water before you could adjust it to warm enough. It was totally bizarre and caused a lot of shrieks while the water got warmer."
"Everything about our stay was wonderful
We made a last-minute decision just to go up for a night and we were able to use several amenities like the chairlift ride for sightseeing. The pool a few times which was at a very comfortable temperature just to get in and relax
We were able to use their locker room to take showers before we left to go home on our trip
The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable plenty of pillows to choose from.
Every staff member we encountered were very accommodating and friendly"
"This is a "last Millenium" motel that's been very nicely renovated. I didn't use the pool but it seemed to be in very good shape.
Some of the woodwork could use some touching up. the wall-mounted AC is sometimes a bit noisy, but very effective.
There are no great lodging bargains in Pittsfield in the summer, but this place is worth consideration if you're looking to save a bit."
"The space was very nice and very clean. No issues there. However, I reserved for three adults and there were no linens for the sofa bed. Thankfully, our daughter had blankets in her car. When we went to the registration area, no one was on site. (This property is accessed via codes that come in a text or email.). I'm not sure I would go back."
"The staff was incredibly helpful and made our weekend very enjoyable. With that being said there were a couple of minor issues that we suspect will be addressed. There were not enough towels by the pool after being told they were there. The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant but there is an attached one you are subjected to their hours of operation. There are multiple restaurants to eat within walking distance."
