Fairly priced. Cons: extremely uncomfortable mattress which was also very squeaky. The unit is run down and needs some up keeping. You can hear every single foot step from the units above, parking seemed impossible. Also the condo was placed on the side of the mountain that closes at 4, we didn’t know this and had to walk back with our gear. Also original code that was given to us was incorrect, had to contact host for a different code. "
