"I killed bugs every day. One of the towels to dry off with was so thin you could see through it. My key card would not unlock the door I needed to use to get to my room, and the girl at the desk kept telling me the door was unlocked. It was not. They put a rock in the door. I came back from outing to see workers in hallway. I duck into my room and go to shut the door to find one of them pushing to door open to not saying anything to grab something out of bathroom."

"The front desk was amazing!! We started out in a fantastic room but unfortunately due to some disturbances next to us, the hotel moved us at 11pm our first night. They tried to solve the issue first but had us moved within 15 minutes. We truly appreciated their help and level of customer service. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend them to people."

"Parking was easy, but the staff noted that it may not be secure. The environment was dirty, and the room smelled rusty."

"Room was clean, body wash dispenser was empty but bar soap in room, Goofy TV remote had to point at the lamp instead of the TV to get working. Decent place to stay during busy Berkshire Hathaway weekend."

"Hotel room itself was terrible, slices in curtains dirty and in put together rooms. The front desk staff was nice, but told me they could not make any adjustments since through 3rd party. I don’t know how this place has a 9.2 rating with dated amenities, NO BREAKFAST?, and bad rooms. Definitely would not stay here again,"

"No conditioner in shower but did have 2 shampoos. Water in bathroom sink slow and small stream. Cook top burners not together. Otherwise, beds and room was very comfortable. "
