"We stayed 3 quiet nights in a bungalow. We liked the location but note that the location indicated on Expedia google maps is incorrect. The location is near Khao Pier on the east side of the island. One of the best restaurants ‘Sea Gypsy’ is located across the street. It is great value and serves the best breakfast lunch and dinner. Also across the street is Bubbles, a store that sells beer, wine and liquor at better prices than in the city centre shopping area. This is a great place to enjoy a laid back quiet stay. The staff at the hotel is helpful to arrange tours, bike rentals and taxis to and from the pier."
