"Booked 4 rooms. Had changes along way. Girlfruend enjoy 49th birthday. Daughter arrived 23rd. Staff excellent. Made things easy where they could have been difficult. Decorated roo. On request asked for small acknowledgemebt. Got massive decor which left gf in awe. What a hit. breakfast had western and asian rooms both delicious w dual expresso machines. Health area staffed by pool and exercise. Both nice clean. Good value for money and you get great location as bonus. Easy choice"

"Very happy with my stay here. The breakfast buffet was great and there's a separate restaurant that serves delicious food and room service. There are two malls across the street and easy access to MRT. There's also a spa in the hotel that we got massages from. Lovely stay and the staff is beyond friendly. They went above and beyond to accomodate all needs. "

"Loved the hotel very nice! Room overall was clean, but the shower had mold, and there was actually a roach in our bed, which I have a video of it, but didn’t make a big deal about it since we were only in the room at night time. Breakfast was amazing! A lot of options. "

"Finest hotel in Bangkok! Excellent service, best view overlooking the park. Beautiful food, details in the suite were best I have ever seen. Every detail was top of the line. We had a corner suite with executive club. The Club breakfast, tea time, pool and roof top bar were 5 star +. Had BEST stay. Would love to stay again. Wish it was closer to Hawaii. "
