Overall a decent stay here at the Pollazzo Boutique Hotel (not to be confused with multiple others that have similar names in the area). Well located near heaps of shops, restaurants and the beach. Room was satisfactory, but could maybe use some updating. Air con worked well, and all facilities were good. Our toilet seemed to have a niggle with the flushing mechanism, but we were able to fix this ourselves. Shower was great but did leak through to the bathroom floor. Decent sized room, and comfy bed with friendly cleaners. Breakfast was a bonus and pretty good, much like the rooftop pool. A solid stay, but some room for improvement. 4/5.

I stayed at the Elite Hotel for 13 nights, the room was very clean, staff was wonderful and friendly. They clean your room every day and replenish water and coffee thats a treat. The Air condition worked very well being from AZ that was very important to me, lol. There was also a washer/dryer combo which was great. Overall I would recommend and stay here again. Thank you Thu and Hoang Anh for being so nice and welcoming.
