"Nice staff, genuine and sincere. Breakfast and housekeeping is excellent; Khao Soi on the last day was, perfect.
One day I saw Staff washing a hotel vehicle with a pressure washer; they were happy to spray my car (bird droppings) off also. This was a caring gesture to me.
The place is safe and secure; Nan is safe in general. We rode the hotels bicycles every day, to get food and to shop at the markets close by.

"We just wanted to say a big thank you for making our stay so special. The surprise wine and decorations for our wedding anniversary were such a thoughtful touch—we were truly delighted!
We also couldn’t stop admiring the beautiful surroundings of the hotel, especially the lovely trees and decorations. It created such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

"ชอบความกันเองมากๆ ของพี่เบิ้ม (เจ้าของ) ใจดี และใส่ใจคนต่างถิ่นอย่างเรามาก วันที่ไปถึงเรายังไม่ได้เช่ารถ พี่ก็ออกมารับ จากทางแยกที่เราลงรถตู้ ซึ่งมันก็ไม่ไกล แต่ถ้าเปนที่อื่นๆ ก็อาจจะต้องหาทางไปเอง
ที่พักสะอาด ใหม่ นอนหลับสบายมากเลย บรรยากาศดีไม่วุ่นวาย
