I arrive at the front desk at 9:30pm after driving for 4:30 hours the front desk person was the rudest and the most unprofessional person I have seen in 40 years. It’s very pathetic that you let 18 years old to run your business I have owned my business for 38 years I talked and seen tens of thousands of people a year I never seen that bad and poor customer service person anywhere. "The room smelled terrible and the front receptionist had told me that the cleaning lady had quit so she had to go clean the room. I’m glad she was up front and took initiative but it doesn’t help that once I got to the room it smelled awful. I had a spider crawling on me in bed.
