"this is a good hotel if you are needing something next to Baylor Med hospital. It is a little expensive and they charge for parking in a normal parking lot next to the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent however. When I checked in there was no remote for the tv. The next day I asked again and they stated they would bring one while I was at the hospital. They never did. Not a huge issue but they need to pay attention to small things like that. "
"Worse place ever. No hot water, towels, toilet paper. Bed, walls, floors, restroom, furniture, sheets were EXTREMELY dirty. People knocking on door multiple times at all hours of the night. Please DO NOT STAY HERE. "
"I called expedia and explained that no one was there to check us in. When we got there at 3:50pm there was a sign on the window that said they would be back at 9pm. I tried calling the hotel but the number was disconnected and expedia will not refund me as "they cannot get a hold of the property". Do not stay here as no one will check you in and they will just take your money. "

"Located in the arts district, it is a perfect hotel for people who love all the artistic events that Dallas could offer. We could just walk to the performing arts, the Dallas Museum of Art, and so on. While September is a low key month to see such performances, we loved staying in this fine hotel. It has a rather small roof top pool that I loved too. They need to get a better restaurant on the property. We, however, walked around the area to find good restaurants that were better than...
"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The property abd rooms are immaculate. We booked a suite and felt at home.
