"I think putting resort in the name of this hotel was deceiving. Most resorts have amenities and many options of things you can do around a facility. This one had absolutely nothing other than a bar downstairs that had horrible coffee and at best, mid grade food. The prices were very high and it was just not accommodating for guests. "Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying.
