"Great place that you won't regret. I will definitely come back if I return to Nice. My only suggestion for the place is that they need to be stricter with kids running around the property. There was a family that had multiple rooms and kids and they would allow the kids to run back and fourth around the rooms at 7 AM. Kids need to run but that early the staff need to step up."

"Nice, quiet hotel close to place Garibaldi where you can find good restaurants. It is easily reached on foot or by tram. It's a small hotel with small yet comfortable rooms that are renovated and have new bathrooms. Soundproofing of windows was good, of walls and doors relatively ok. It was the least expensive option in Nice yet still close to the center, with excellent breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms. I was very satisfied and would return when visiting again."
