Llegamos al hotel y no había nadie en la recepción. Me avisaron a las 20:28 hs con un mensaje de WhatsApp que la recepción estaba abierta solo hasta las 22 hs Además no hay electricidad y el hotel está 100% a oscuras

Es un hotel con una atención excelente. Paola que es la que maneja el Hotel es una persona siempre dispuesta a encontrar una solución y ella, con todo el personal tienen una excelente atención. Vamos a volver.

Bastante buena experiencia, muy amable atención, muy buen desayuno. Lo único fue que por intermedio de la página de Hoteles se contrató el servicio con media pensión pero el mismo no está disponible desde comienzo de la pandemia. El tema se resolvió, no con una buena opción pero se resolvió que no es poco.

Nós reservamos um Hotel Village no Uruguai - Termas de Dayman. Só reservei nesse hotel porque no site dizia que tinha piscina. Tenho dois filhos pequenos e os mesmos estavam ansiosos para chegar no hotel e desfrutar de tudo que mostravam nas fotos. Ao chegar lá foi uma decepção tão grande que quase voltamos para o Brasil. O hotel é de quinta categoria, péssimas acomodações e preço caríssimo. Pagamos em torno de R$ 250,00 a diária por um hotel que não tinha piscina, mas mostrava que tinha. Me senti ENGANADA pelo hotel que, ainda por cima, me recebeu muito mal. Eles me deram um cupom para entrar num parque municipal da cidade. Achei que não iria pagar, já que eles me deram esse cupom. Tivemos apenas um desconto de 5,00 (cinco reais) nas quantro entradas juntas. Um absurdo!!! Tentei cancelar e procurar outro na cidade que atendesse o que queríamos, mas não tivemos essa chance. Enfim, perdi meu feriado. As crianças choraram 4 dias. Gastei horrores por um hotel de quinta. Um transtorno.

Bueno!!!!! Erittäin mukava kokemus!!!!!

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, kotoisa tunnelma. Pieni ulkoterassi huoneen yhteydessä iso plussa. Olimme varanneet standardihuoneen, mutta jostain syystä tarjottiin tuo mukava vaihtoehto. Parkkikatos pienehkö, mutta onnistuimme kuitenkin pysäköimään aina mukavasti. Hotelli tarjoaa kotiruokaa. Yhden illallisen nautimme hotellissa, hinta ja laatu kohtasivat kyllä.

Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das 4-Bett-Zimmer war recht klein und roch nach Rauch. Die Heizung war gut und im Winter notwendig, weil es sehr kalt war. Die Terasse mit dem Grill haben wir zwar nicht benutzt, sah aber nicht so ansprechend aus. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig und das Buffet sehr beengt. Die Lage selbst war ganz schön, weil man etwas abseits der Stadt ist, aber trotzdem in Gehweite viele Restaurant, Souvenirshops, die Thermen etc. sind. Bei der Bezahlung mit einer Kreditkarte ist zu beachten, daß eine zusätzliche Gebühr vom Hotel erhoben wird.

El hotel es bueno y la atención del personal excelente. Detalles de limpieza en el patio exterior y pequeñeces en el baño. El frigobar podría estar a la altura de mejor manejo para el pasajero, en el suelo no. La ruta genera algunos ruidos que perturban el descanso.
