An incredible and peaceful experience, it is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed. It is surrounded by nature, and a few minutes away from Tepoztlán so you are conveniently away from any city noise.

The place is nice, Jorge made it better. The property needs urgent maintenance. The jets in the jacuzzi don`t work properly, there are many spots in the pool that have to be fixed and also some of the furniture needs replacement. Having the restroom inside the room, without a door is not a good idea.

El hotel es bonito. Tiene áreas comunes muy buenas y amplias. La habitación es buena. Te sientes algo solo en el hotel, pero las vistas merecen la pena. No nos gustó que al hacer el check-in querían dejar en un papel escrita nuestro número de tarjeta y fecha de caducidad!!! Donde se ha visto eso??? Tb nos sugirieron dejar una propina de 300 pesos por día para repartir entre el personal...se nos hizo raro..... y preferimos ir dejando las propinas al hacer consumos ( meseras, a quien ayudo con la maleta...etc) como suele ser habitual. Pero efectivamente al irnos, después de pagar 3,600$ la noche, se nos solicitó la propina para repartir entre el personal... diciéndonos que era lo habitual allí...se nos hizo muy desagradable y para nosotros motivo de no regresar más, demasiada tensión con eso. Lo mismo le pasó a quien pagó antes de nosotros.... Es como si los huéspedes tuviéramos que estar pagando al personal que allí trabaja... eso deben organizarlo los dueños mejor por favor.

Todo excelente en realidad no me quejo de la estancia en el hotel ya que es muy tranquilo y en realidad se puede descansar, el único punto negativo es que si está como a 15 min en coche del centro de Tepoztlán y no hay tiendas cerca del hotel para ir caminando

El hotel está muy bonito y diferente, tiene como pasadizos que hacen te pierdas en un laberinto de arquitectura muy padre. Lo único que no me gusto es la habitación y la alberca, les hace falta mantenimiento. De ahí en fuera los restaurantes, la música y el concepto me encantaron. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar ahí.
