"This was the most incredible experience for me. The staff was very attentive and friendly and I felt at home. The restaurants are amazing and the view is just awesome. The staff is on it and your request are always taken into consideration. Specially the concierge team ( Gaida) was very helpful to me and made me feel the love. It was a truely remarkable experience. "The bad bits: Its a shame as I paid extra for a partial sea view. I could only see the sea from the balcony if I stood up and climbed on the wall as we were the 1st floor and the view was blocked by a platform. Also one night was ruined by a bunch of drunk golfing lads next door (of course the hotel isnt to blame). Due to it being an all inclusive resort, youll inevitably meet these kind of people... I found the pool area to be designed in a crowded way. The sun loungers are very close to one...
