One of the Customer Service went above and beyond (IRA) who assited with taxis and translating my requirements and also assisting in extending my stay ensuring I got the best deal. The room I had was a garden room and although spacious it was poorly equipped and in need of modernisation as decor very tired also a nice touch would be to provide bottled water on a daily basis. "２ベッドルームで、エアコンが良く効いていたので良かったのですが、バスルームの排水の清掃状態がわるいのか設備自体が悪いのか、下水の匂いが部屋にこもってしまい、とても不愉快な気持ちでした。
初日にルームサービスで食事を頼んだのですが、とても食べられるものではなかったです。
ステーキの肉は、ガチガチで、スープに至っては、生のキャベツが入っていて、とてもまずかったです。"
