"I expected a bit more courtesy for a repeat customer that stayed in the hotel 3 times within a month's time more or less. I was in Amman to attend a funeral and leave early in the morning next day. I arrived early and asked if I could go to the breakfast area to have a coffee and something to eat, but they directed me to the lounge cafe staff who were very unhelpful and told me to scan a QR code on the table for the menu which I could not find! The next day I left even before the breakfast service started."

"Super comfortable beds. Excellent location. Great price. My only complaint is that I booked this hotel with free breakfast (according to my booking) however at the hotel they said that wasn’t the case and I had to spend an hour or two trying to resolve this with Expedia. It still lead to me being questioned every morning by staff if breakfast was included in my booking. Therefore; the hotel or Expedia should sort out this communication or system issue. Otherwise, it was a perfect hotel."
