Great, cost-efficient place in the immediate proximity of the Tel Aviv beaches and promenade. Clean facilities, amazing staff, warm and hospitable! Thanks guys!
Very nice boutique hotel. The room could be slightly bigger but totally fine. The bathroom is very nice. Super well located for visiting the city. The service is impeccable and everyone is super friendly!
I have only good things to say about this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach, public transportation, stores and restaurants.
The room is in a good condition. There is a rooftop if you want to relax away from the beach and there is space to work in and around the lobby for those on business trips.
It was the first time I stayed at the Villa Brown. Loved my room - small, but everything one needs and more. Beautifully decorated with an eye for detail.
24 hour reception and the staff was friendly, appraochable and always happy to help. Despite it being situated on a busy road, I personally can’t complain about that. Close to the beach and everything else, too.
Bed was comfortable, staff were very friendly.
Rooms are small but good for one person.
Bathroom isn’t great…not the cleanest and the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom at all. This is different from the pictures on the site. When you shower, the toilet and everything else gets wet.
For some reason whomever designed the hotel chose to include in a large bathroom a 4-legged tub with shower -- impossible for anyone over the age of 50 to get in to. And the hotel has no elevator. But somehow the hotel overcomes these inconveniences -- wonderful service, nice breakfast, a true caring atmosphere. Good location.
I liked that my room had a partial view of the Mediterranean Sea. I liked that the hotel is a converted villa.
I asked for a room away from the main road, Yarkon St., but such a room wasn't available. I was woken up a few times at night by honking, and trucks, buses, and motorcycles accelerating. Tel Aviv prides itself as being a 'city that never sleeps,' and this translates into vehicular traffic throughout the night. The villa is only three stories, and about half of the rooms are facing the main road. If you are a heavy sleeper, if shouldn't be an issue. If you are a light sleeper, and you staying in the half of the building facing the street, you may hear the noise, even with the air conditioner on. That was my experience. I share this in the spirit of caveat emptor-- let the buyer beware.
Staff were helpful and accommodating. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Great walkable area with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Right by the beach.
Chose the Villa Brown as a home base for 10 days while visiting Israel. Excellent value for the money. Great location. Great breakfast. The entire staff is just great. Very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Great boutique hotel stay one block off the beach and one block from Ben Yehuda. Accessible to everything Tel Aviv has to office. The staff was amazing!! Room was clean and perfect for two people staying 3 nights. The complimentary glass of wine at check-in was just the perfect touch.
Lovely hotel, small enough for the staff to get to know you personally and make you feel a valued guest. Very nice filling breakfast - eggs cooked to order and presented very nicely. We had the terrace rooms, very good size for a city centre hotel room and good outside space to relax when not exploring the city. Visiting again soon and looking forward to it :)
Cooles Boutique Hotel, sehr sauber, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, knapp 100m vom Gordon Beach entfernt, sehr viele gute Kaffees und Restaurants in der Nähe
