This place is amazing,very relaxing, kids friendly,I will go back with my children's, totally love it.The food very good as well. I would recommend it to a family or a single couple, ither way is fin.

I book tru cheap tickets a one bedroom suit 184 dollars for my family,when On website say 1 pm check in got there check in was at 3 and they told me that don’t have what I ask for but they will give me what I reserve for.ok we went and eat at the restaurant waited to some one take my order some waitress came with bad attitude took order other waiter came and bring drinks two by two, other waiter bring appetizer in a rush,bring two plates after 10 minutes other Teo plates ask for other drink never got it.ask for the check other waiter bring the check we pay like 1.something lempiras we have a 180 lempiras tip wish was a lot more for the service and waiter was moving the head after we pay every time he see us doing the same thing.3:30 came went to front desk ro not ready and the guy told me that they can’t give me what a reserve for a manager Alex was on the phone saying that the ro they got for me was 3 beds went to see the room and was simple not what I reserve we was so upset I was fliying from New York to be with my family for my birthday.we left the hotel with very desapointed.read some reviews and this happened to some other people they should be more profesional.

I was excited to stay at this hotel, but my experience went downhill as soon as we arrived. On my email confirmation it stated check-in started at 1pm, we arrived at 2pm hoping to jump in the pool/hot tub, but were told a room would not be ready till after 3pm. The hotel was a ghost town, we did not see another guest the whole time we were there. When I visited the pool, I realized I did not want to go swimming, I don’t think they have a filtration system, and the hot tub was empty. Also, the power went off sometime around midnight, but they wouldn’t turn on the generator till sometime after 8am. Sometimes you are glad to only be at a hotel for 1 night.
