"Hotel MELIA in Chiang Mai is SUPER ! OUTSTANDING establishment, super clean premises and rooms ! Very friendly staff, all speaking very well English and very helpful and thoughtful. I very highly recommend this hotel. The only minus point I would attribute, is that it took some 10 min. Before we were attended by the bartender to take our order, and this two (2) nights in a row. VISIT & STAY WITH THEM !!!!"

"Excellent and highly recommended stay. All amenities were top notch with the exception of their “gym” which was four cardio treadmill type machines. I would recommend they do get an actual gym for their guests. But staff was out of this world amazing!"

"A really lovely place to stay. A green and lush oasis from the busy city. So much attention to detail in the decor of the rooms and all areas. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Best bath tub ever. Decent wifi. Breakfast fruit and salads were very fresh and eggs made to order were good. My only complaint is that smoking is acceptable anywhere and so many guests smoked at the pool and on walkways as you walk past. Disgusting and prevented us from relaxing at the pool. There should be one designated smoking area away from public areas for the enjoyment and health of guests and staff. "
