"Room was good and food was very good. Good entertainment shows every evening. Great place. Nice walk (15-20min) to the beach. 20 min the next town. 40 min bus ride to los llanos from fuencaliente. Beautiful island, not too busy in summer, just right for our taste."

"The owners do not understand English. And they had no idea that we reserved their room. We were locked out of door. We are lucky to met a couple who can speak Spanish and English both and help us to call the owner. Then the owner come. Anyway, the room is OK, but the parking is difficult."

Verified traveller

An unspoiled small town not geared up for tourists yet welcoming. A visit to the church of San Miguel is a must, but read up online about the 40 martyrs massacred by pirates first (no information in the church or tourist office).
